How to Make Rice Pudding
- Put milk, heavy cream, rice & salt in large pot over low heat. Cook very slowly, stirring continuously until all the rice comes to the top (could take up to 1hr to 1 1/2hr) Remove pot from heat
- Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar together
- Gradually add egg mixture to rice mixture, continue to stir until well blended.
Can be eaten warm or cold topped with whipped cream & cinnamon if desired!
