Ingredients

  • 2 c
    raw rice
  • 1 c
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 qt
    whole milk
  • 2
    cinnamon sticks

How to Make RICE PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. Add milk and cinnamon sticks to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil
  2. Pour in the rice and turn the heat down to low. Simmer the rice pudding for about 15 minutes with a lid on the pan.
  3. Add the condensed milk and sugar and simmer for 4 minutes more. Stir in vanilla and take rice pudding off the heat.
  4. Remove cinnamon and serve warm or chilled.
