I always had a hard time remembering how to make rice pudding, which my family loved, so one day I made up this recipe, something I could always remember,and whip it up any evening after dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 cups milk, whole
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
How To Make rice pudding, 1,2,3,4.

Step 1Mix all aforesaid together,pour into well buttered 2 1/2 quart glass mixing bowl. Place bowl in a pan of water about 2 inches deep and bake at 350 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
