I always had a hard time remembering how to make rice pudding, which my family loved, so one day I made up this recipe, something I could always remember,and whip it up any evening after dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 3 c
    milk, whole
  • 4 large
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    cinnamon, ground
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (optional)

How to Make Rice Pudding, 1,2,3,4.

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all aforesaid together,pour into well buttered 2 1/2 quart glass mixing bowl. Place bowl in a pan of water about 2 inches deep and bake at 350 until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour.
