- 3 1/3 cups milk--i use 2%
- 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Beat eggs and add next six ingredients--place in a 9 x 12 baking pan and sprinkle the top with nutmeg.

Step 3Place pan in a hot water bath and cook for 1 1/2 hours or until center is set.
