Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sour milk
- USE 1 TABLESPOON VINEGAR TO SOUR THE 1 CUP MILK
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup shortening
- WE USE BUTTER OR MARGARINE
- 1 cup sugar
- THIS CUP IS POURED ON TOP OF THE BATTER AND RHUBARB
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb
How To Make rhubarb pudding

Step 1Mix the first 6 ingredients;spread in a 9x13 baking dish or pan.Spread rhubarb;add sugar and boiling water.Dot with butter,cinnamom and nutmeg (optional). Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
