This is such a simple recipe and I have made it many times for pot lucks or church picnics.....With rhubarb coming in to season, this is a great recipe to try

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
4 cups rhubarb
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 - yellow cake mix

How To Make rhubarb delight

Step 1

Mix the cake mix and put into a 9 x 13" greased cake pan (preferably glass)

Step 2

spread across 4 cups of cut up rhubarb (cut in small pieces)
Step 3

\sprinkle across the cup of sugar then pour the whipping cream across the top. (I sometimes use a bit more cream)
Step 4

Put in to a 350 degree preheated oven....Take out once cake has cooked and there will be a nice creamy sauce at bottom. ENJOY
