Raisin Bread Pudding
·3 cups whole milk, 1 cup half and half
·1 and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 cup sugar
·1/2 cup raisins
·1/8 tsp. nutmeg, little cinnamon

How to Make Raisin Bread Pudding
- blend well milk, half and half, sugar, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg
- Do several hours or night before. If night before, cover and put in frig....Place bread well and close in 13-14" x 9" glass pan preferably. sprinkle over raisins.
- Pour liquid mixture over top ( after sitting liquid will soak into breads. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake in water bath 350 degrees till knife comes out clean 45min. to one hour. Serve warm with whip cream if desired
