- 3 cups milk, 2%, divided
- 1 cup minute rice, uncooked
- 2/3 cup raisins - [i prefer the golden]
- 2 packages vanilla instant pudding, - [small pkg.] -sugar free
How To Make quick vanilla rice pudding

Step 1BOIL: 1 CUP MILK. STIR IN MINUTE RICE AND RAISINS; COVER. LET STAND 5 MINUTES.

Step 2PREPARE: PUDDING MIXES USING THE REMAINING 2 CUPS MILK.

Step 3ADD: RICE MIXTURE TO THE PREPARED PUDDING MIX; STIR.

Step 4COVER PUDDING WITH PLASTIC WRAP; COOL 5 MINUTES. THEN STIR.

Step 5SERVE WARM OR CHILLED.

Step 6SPRINKLE WITH GROUND CINNAMON, IF DESIRED.
