When I have a sweet tooth and little to no time to make something or if I don't have many carbs left in that day's allowance, this is my "stand-by". This is also a good way to healthy cinnamon into your diet.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sliced peaches (packed in light syrup)
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

How To Make quick sweet tooth pleaser

  • Step 1
    Place the peaches and some of the syrup in a bowl, top with cottage cheese and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
