This is another great Fall treat. We like to dip gingersnaps in it. Its so easy to whip up too! That is always a plus... Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin - not the mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • - gingersnaps, optional

How To Make pumpkin whip

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl, beat pudding and milk until well blended, about 1-2 minutes. Blend in pumpkin and pie spice.
  • Step 2
    Fold in whipped topping. spoon into dessert dishes. Chill. Garnish with gingersnaps if desired.
