Ingredients
- 1 can 15 oz pumpkin
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup superfine sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
- gingersnaps (crumbled)
How To Make pumpkin mousse

Step 1Combine pumpkin, one cup cream, sugar and spice in a medium sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat for five minutes. Cool fully.

Step 2Whip remaining heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks and fold into cool pumpkin mixture.

Step 3Pour into serving dishes and crumble ginger snaps over top.
