1 cheavy cream

3/4 csuperfine sugar

1/2 tsppumpkin pie spices

1 Tbspvanilla extract

2 cheavy cream

1/4 csuperfine sugar

gingersnaps (crumbled)
How To Make pumpkin mousse

1Combine pumpkin, one cup cream, sugar and spice in a medium sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat for five minutes. Cool fully.

2Whip remaining heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks and fold into cool pumpkin mixture.

3Pour into serving dishes and crumble ginger snaps over top.
