Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    15 oz pumpkin
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 3/4 c
    superfine sugar
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spices
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1/4 c
    superfine sugar
  • ·
    gingersnaps (crumbled)

How to Make Pumpkin Mousse

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine pumpkin, one cup cream, sugar and spice in a medium sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat for five minutes. Cool fully.
  2. Whip remaining heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla to soft peaks and fold into cool pumpkin mixture.
  3. Pour into serving dishes and crumble ginger snaps over top.
