This is one of those "easy" guilt-free desserts. It can be served in a large glass bowl or served in individual dessert plates or bowls. Then you would top each with the Cool Whip & garnish. This can be prepared a day ahead to save you time.

- 1 can Solid -Pack Pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon gr. cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon gr. ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon gr. cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4+ cup Splenda to Measure
- 1-8oz package Fat-Free Cream Cheese, room temp!
- 1-8oz - Cool Whip - Free
- 1 cup Gingersnap crumbs (optional garnish)

Step 1Whip pumpkin & room temp. cream cheese, spices, Splenda, molasses & vanilla until smooth. Fold in One-Half container Cool Whip. Pile into serving dish. Top with other half Cool Whip & sprinkle with crushed gingersnaps, if you wish.
