Ingredients
- 15 ounces pureed pumpkin
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 8 ounces french bread torn into chunks
- 2 cups half and half
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- - sugar cinnamon mixture: optional
How To Make pumpkin bread pudding

Step 1butter a 11x7 baking dish. Heat oven to 350

Step 2pour half and half over bread chunks in a bowl

Step 3in another bowl, combine eggs, sugars, pumpkin, cranberries, melted butter, spices, and vanilla; blend well. pour pumpkin mixture over bread and mix well.

Step 4pour into prepared pan, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 45-60 mins
