    mashed bananas
  • 1/3 c
    dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 1/2 c
    dairy sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice

    eggs, separated

    IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE PUMPKIN, BANANAS, SUGAR, BUTTER, CREAM,ORANGE JUICE AND PEEL,SALT, SPICE,AND EGG YOLKS. BEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

    BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF NOT DRY. FOLD INTO MIXTURE.
