- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 - eggs, separated

Step 1IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE PUMPKIN, BANANAS, SUGAR, BUTTER, CREAM,ORANGE JUICE AND PEEL,SALT, SPICE,AND EGG YOLKS. BEAT UNTIL WELL BLENDED.

Step 2BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL STIFF NOT DRY. FOLD INTO MIXTURE.

Step 3POUR INTO A GREASED 2-QUART BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 350 FOR 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES.
