This dessert is truly delicious and really easy to make. You can use whatever pudding flavor combination you like. Also, Maria crackers are round, flat,sweet biscut cookies generally found in the Spanish section of your supermarket. Hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 packages goya maria crackers (or tea biscuts)
- 2 packages vanilla pudding mix
- 2 packages butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 small container cool whip
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make pudim de maria

Step 1Make coffee ahead of time and let completely cool.

Step 2Make pudding(s) according to package directions. (I've never used the instant for this recipe, but I'm sure it would be fine)

Step 3Dip each cracker in coffee and layer bottom of trifile bowl.

Step 4Then all your doing is layering as follows: Coffee dipped crackers, layer of vanilla pudding, crackers, butterscotch pudding, crackers and so on.

Step 5Refrigerate overnight.

Step 6Before serving add layer of cool whip and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
