My Daddy passed away Feb. 2010. He was always the cook in the house. A couple months after his passing, I was desperate for a bowl of his wonderful banana pudding. I remembered a couple of the ingredients he had on the counter while cooking, so I started my internet search for a recipe similar to his. To my surprise, it was "pudding" that he was vanilla custard! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we a bowl for my Daddy!
