Ingredients

2 cpopcorn, popped

3 cmilk
-
3eggs
-
1/2 clight brown sugar

1 Tbspbutter, melted

3/4 tspsalt**
-
·whipped cream, real maple syrup, toasted walnuts optional
How to Make Popcorn Pudding
- Pound popcorn fine or crush in a blender. Scald the milk and pour over the popcorn. Let stand for one hour
- Beat eggs slightly, and add to popcorn milk mixture along with brown sugar, melted butter and salt** (**if you use leftover salted popcorn, eliminate salt from the recipe)
- Pour into greased 4-6 c casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for one hour. It is nice served warm with whipped cream. I like it with a drizzle of real maple syrup and a few toasted walnuts.
