Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk or half/half
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- SET OVEN TO 350F

Step 1I large bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and vanilla; until well blended

Step 2Add bread pieces, and carfully toss egg and bread mixture together.

Step 3Soak mixture for 10-30 min. All pieces sould be well coated and saturated.

Step 4Tranfer bread mixture to 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 min.

Step 5Reduce heat to 300F, bake for 15 more min. This will allow pudding to set. ENJOY! Hot or Cold.
