This is so yummy and pretty in color. I love to make it in the spring time but for sure for Easter.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 can crushed pinnapple
  • 1 large container of cool whip
  • 5 cups multi colored minature marshmellows

How To Make pistachio salad

  • Step 1
    Add Pineapple to dry pudding and mix
  • Step 2
    Add in cool whip and then marshmallows
  • Step 3
    For best results put in fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight to give the marshmallows time to soften. Enjoy
