this is a favorite sweet of mine. I love how easy it is to make. It is a good pot luck item. Kids like it too.

2 cans pineapple, crushed ( do not drain)
2 boxes pistachio instant pudding (dry)
1 - 12 oz cool whip
3 cups marshmallows, mini
- maraschino cherries

How To Make pistachio salad

Step 1

Mix pineapple and pudding together. Add cool whip. Mix well

Step 2

Add marshmallows. cut up cherries ( amount to your liking )and add mix well.
Step 3

Enjoy.
