My grandma got this recipe from a friend and I remember when she made it, it didn't stick around very long. I remember I always asked for her to make this.

16 ounces crushed pineapple with juice
1 package pistachio instant pudding
1 package cool whip
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped nuts (we like pecans)

How To Make pistachio pudding

Step 1

Stir dry ingredients into pineapple and juice.

Step 2

Stir in cool whip
Step 3

Pour into a mold or dish of your liking and chill
