This is an easy and inexpensive recipe invented by my brother Joel Jay Amaral. He makes it every year for Christmas and I have added it to my "Blue Ribbon Recipe Collection" I was publishing. I would like to enter it in a recipe contest with the hopes of winning another Blue Ribbon.

Ingredients

  • 1 box pistachio jello pudding
  • 16OZ cans crushed pinnapple
  • 1 SM. - tub of cool whip
  • 8 OZ - sour cream
  • 12 OZ - bag of marshmellows
  • 8 OZ-16 OZ - crushed nuts you prefere (walnuts etc.)
  • 1 can fresh coconut (optional)

How To Make pistachio jello salad

  • Step 1
    MIX EACH INGREDIENT TOGETHER STARTING WITH THE TOP AND WORK YOUR WAY DOWN THE LIST. CHILL FOR 4 HOURS AND PUDDING IS SET.
