pineapple pudding dessert (with crackers)
This came from http://www.quick-german-recipes.com/easy-flaky-dessert-recipe.html and it was quirky enough that I just had to make it. I made it yesterday and am just now eating it and is really really good. Try it!

- 1 package soda crackers, unsalted tops
- 1 package sm instant vanilla pudding
- 2 cups milk to make pudding
- 1 medium cool whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
How To Make pineapple pudding dessert (with crackers)

Step 1* Line bottom of 9 X 13 inch baking dish with soda crackers. * Prepare pudding mix according to package instructions. Gently pour 1/2 over crackers and spread. * Gently spread 1/2 carton of Cool Whip over pudding * Cover Cool Whip layer with another layer of soda crackers. * Gently pour remaining pudding over crackers. Cover with remaining Cool Whip. * Cover with crushed, drained pineapple. * Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Hints: * Use low-fat Cool Whip and pudding if desired. * Use any mixture of berries or pie filling instead of pineapple. * Try this variation: Black Forest Dessert - scrumptious!
