when i was little i used to love this bread pudding it smelt so good while cooking i could have eaten it half done

Ingredients

12 slice
white bread, cut up no crust
2- 20 oz
large cans crushed pineapple
1 c
sugar
2 stick
margarine melted
8 medium
eggs
cinnamon, to taste

How to Make pineapple bread pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1preheat oven to 350. spray 13x9 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. in a large bowl, beat eggs, add sugar and mix to combine.
  • 2mix in melted margarine and pineapple. fold in cut up bread pieces. pour pineapple bread pudding into prepared baking dish and sprinkle the top with cinnamon. bake for 1 hour.
