This pineapple bread casserole is great served as a side with pork. Also good as a dessert. Heck, it's actually good with just about anything! A co-worker/friend took this dish to work and I just had to have the recipe. I now make it often.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drain
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
How To Make pineapple bread casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.

Step 2Stir drained pineapple into mixture then fold in cubed bread.

Step 3Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake @350 for approx 50 minutes.
