This pineapple bread casserole is great served as a side with pork. Also good as a dessert. Heck, it's actually good with just about anything! A co-worker/friend took this dish to work and I just had to have the recipe. I now make it often.

Ingredients For pineapple bread casserole

  • 1 stick
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4 md
    eggs
  • 1 lg
    can crushed pineapple, drain
  • 6 slice
    white bread, cubed

How To Make pineapple bread casserole

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.

    Stir drained pineapple into mixture then fold in cubed bread.

    Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake @350 for approx 50 minutes.
