I found this recipe on line and it was called Pineapple Fluff. I decided to infuse the coconut with Rum and to change the name of the recipe to PINA COLADA PINEAPPLE FLUFF. Now it taste just like a Pina Colada cocktail. Rita Diette

Ingredients

3.4 boxes coconut cream inst. pudding
1 can 20 oz.can crushed pineapple
1 tube 8 oz.cool whip
2 cups mini marshallows
1 cup rum infused coconut

How To Make pina colada pineapple fluff

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and entire can of crushed pineapple, (DO NOT DRAIN pineapple)

Step 2

Gently stir in COOL WHIP, marshmallows, and the Rum infused coconut..
Step 3

Placet in bowl and cover with plastic wrap and chill for a few hours.
Step 4

Please note: I infused the coconut with Rum Extract an hour before using it in the dessert.
