Ingredients
- 1 cup persimmon pulp
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts
How To Make persimmon pudding

Step 1Mash persimmon pulp. Mix ingredients together in order given. Pour mixture in well-greased mold. Set inside covered steamer and steam for 1 1/2hours. DO NOT remove lid during cooking. Serve hot with sauce or whip cream.
