Ingredients
- 2 cups persimmon pulp
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make persimmon pudding

Step 1Mix together flour and baking soda. Set aside.

Step 2Combine ingredients in order given and pour into a 9x12 baking dish that has been sprayed with oil.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

Step 4Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
