How to Make Persimmon Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  2. Combine ingredients in order given and pour into a 9x12 baking dish that has been sprayed with oil.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  4. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
