Ingredients

2 c
persimmon pulp
2 c
sugar
2 large
eggs
1 stick
melted butter
1 3/4 c
buttermilk
2 c
flour
1/2 tsp
baking soda

How to Make Persimmon Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  • 2Combine ingredients in order given and pour into a 9x12 baking dish that has been sprayed with oil.
  • 3Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  • 4Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or ice cream.
