Peppermint Pudding Cloud

I had this at a group Christmas pot luck party and every one kept going back for second, thirds, fourths, etc, etc... and I was able to get the recipe and I had to pass this one on to all the peppermint lover out there! ENJOY!!!!!

15 oz
marshmallows, large
2 c
peppermints, crushed
1 qt
heavy cream, whipped
1 box
vanilla wafers
1-2 c
nuts, chopped (your choice-this had walnuts)


1Take the 15oz large marshmallows and cut them up, mix them with the 2 cups crushed peppermint, and 1 quart whipped cream. Set it aside.
2Set aside a few nuts and wafers to be used as topping for later or some crushed peppermints.
3Put a layer in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan of the wafers and nuts (use nuts to your taste). Then layer with the cream mixture.
4Take the wafers and nuts you set aside and crush them together or use the peppermints and sprinkle them on top as a garnish. Refrigerate for no less than an hour.
