pansy's bread pudding
I had a fierce craving for something sweet and spicy, no time to make cookies. I could however, throw this in a pan and bake it while working. It turned out custardy on the bottom, and with chunks of 'cinnamon toast' on top

Ingredients
- 3/4 large loaf sandwich bread
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 stick unsalted butter, cold
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
How To Make pansy's bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*. Spray loaf pan with non stick spray.

Step 2Cube the sandwich bread and place in large bowl. Add in cinammon, ginger and sugar. Cut butter into little chunks, add to bowl, and toss to cover with sugar and spices, place in loaf pan.

Step 3Whisk eggs, vanilla and cream together and pour over bread. If necessary, use a spoon to push the bread into the eggs.

Step 4Bake for an hour to an hour and a half.
