Everybody loves Oreos! Now how about Oreos in bread pudding! It doesn't get any better than this!

Ingredients

  • 4 c
    day-old french bread, cubed
  • 16
    oreo cookies, coarsely broken
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • ·
    whipped cream, optional

How to Make OREO BREAD PUDDING

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix bread cubes and broken cookies in a large bowl, set aside.
  2. Blend milk, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract, pour over bread mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
  3. Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart round casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature topped with whipped cream if desired.
