Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 1 - zest from orange
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 - 11 oz can mandrarin oranges, drianed
How To Make orange spiced rice pudding

Step 1Bring to boil water and rice, cover and simmer till tender. Add 1 ½ c milk and next 7 ingredients, bring to boil and cook till thick and creamy. Stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 2Add beaten egg to ½ c milk, slowly add to hot mixture. Cook 2 more minute. Then add drained mandarins.

Step 3Cool and refrigerate
