preheat oven to (375*)

in a large bowl put in the ingredients,mix well. add; the sweet potatoe's,stir well.
Step 3

pour into a 13x9x2 baking dish sprayed with pam. bake for 45 minutes. pudding turns slightly dark; stir often.
