Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    broad egg noodles
  • 7
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 lb
    cottage cheese
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    yellow raisins
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1 c
    dried bread crumbs

How to Make Noodle Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. cook noodles according to package al dente; mix all ingredients together, pour into 9x13 glass pan, top with bread crumbs. bake at 350f 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
