Ingredients
- MUST PREPARE DAY AHEAD
- 1 bag wide noodles
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- NEXT DAY TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cups corn flake crumbs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
How To Make noodle pudding

Step 1Grease a 9 X 16 pyrex pan

Step 2Cook noodles and drain Cream eggs,cream cheese and sour cream. Gradually add sugar, blend well

Step 3Combine noodles and cheese mixture well. Pour into pan and spread evenly Cover and refrigerate over night

Step 4NEXT DAY TOPPING Melt butter and sugar add crushed cornflakes to make a thick mixture drizzle over top

Step 5Bake at 350 for one hour. Serve warm
