Ingredients

  • 2 cups minute rice
  • 2 quarts milk
  • dash salt
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ADD RICE ,SALT AND MILK IN A HEAVY COOK POT. COOK 20-25 MINUTES STIRING OFTEN.IN A MED, SIZE BOWL MIX BY HAND .4 EGGS,1 CUP OF SUGAR AND 2 TSP, OF CINNAMON.WHEN RICE IS DONE . ADD EGG MIXTURE . TOP WITH CINNAMON. LET COOL AND REFRIG. ENJOY !!

How To Make my grandmother's rice pudding

  • Step 1
    Add rice,salt and milk in a heavy cook pot.Stiring often,Cook 40 to 50 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix by hand 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla
  • Step 3
    When rice is done cooking,Add egg mixture Pour in a large bowl, Sprinkle with cinnamon. Let cool. Enjoy!!
