mr creamy rice pudding
I know, I know, this is a recipe I got off a box of Minute Rice a long time ago. This is so good, and my family ate it up so fast. Now that it is down to just the two of us, I still don't have any left overs. I still keep a large box of Minute Rice in the pantry, just for this rice pudding.

Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 - egg, well beaten
- 1 large jell-o vanilla pudding mix, cook and serve (4.6 oz) or 2 small boxes)
- - do not use instant pudding mix
- 1 cup dry minute rice
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make mr creamy rice pudding

Step 1Stir milk and egg into pan. Gradually, add pudding mix. Stir in rice and raisins. (As milk mixtures warms up the pudding powder will disolve.)

Step 2Cook over medium heat. Stir until it boils. Do not let it stick to bottom of pan or it will burn. Pour into serving bowls ( 4 ) In my case, 1 small bowl for me, and the rest in a large bowl for my husband.
