  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/8 tsp

    egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine or butter
  • 2 tsp

How to Make Microwave Banana Pudding


  1. Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine milk and egg yolks and gradually add to sugar mixture. Put in microwave safe dish and cook in 2 minute intervals, stirring "hard" after each with wire whisk.
  2. Once mixture begins to thicken, then cook in 1 minute intervals until desired consistency; remembering to stir after each minute. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  3. Layer between bananas and wafers. Great warm or cold.
