How to Make Microwave Banana Pudding
- Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine milk and egg yolks and gradually add to sugar mixture. Put in microwave safe dish and cook in 2 minute intervals, stirring "hard" after each with wire whisk.
- Once mixture begins to thicken, then cook in 1 minute intervals until desired consistency; remembering to stir after each minute. Stir in butter and vanilla.
- Layer between bananas and wafers. Great warm or cold.
