Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 - egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- - bananas

How To Make microwave banana pudding

Step 1Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt. Combine milk and egg yolks and gradually add to sugar mixture. Put in microwave safe dish and cook in 2 minute intervals, stirring "hard" after each with wire whisk.

Step 2Once mixture begins to thicken, then cook in 1 minute intervals until desired consistency; remembering to stir after each minute. Stir in butter and vanilla.

Step 3Layer between bananas and wafers. Great warm or cold.
