Ingredients
- 2 packages unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 - egg whites
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 - drops red food coloring
- 3 - drops green food coloring
- 6 - maraschino cherries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
- 4 - maraschino cherries
How To Make marshmallow pudding

Step 1Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water and stir. Set aside.

Step 2In a large mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Slowly add gelatin, whipping constantly.

Step 3Add sugar slowly, beating constantly. Beat in vanilla.

Step 4Divide into 3 equal parts. color one part pink and one part green.

Step 5Layer in parfait glasses, sprinkling chopped cherries and walnuts in between layers. Sprinkle finely chopped walnuts on top, and top with a whole cherry. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.

Step 6This recipe can be doubled and layered into a greased angel food cake pan. Refrigerate one hour, unmold, and slice.
