How to Make Liz's Rice Pudding
1cook rice, water, salt 20 min or until water is absorbed.
2Add butter and stir. Add milk and simmer about 1 hour until creamy.
3Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Remove cooked rice/milk mixture from heat and add egg mixture and raisins. Do not cook any further. Pour into 8 x 8 casserole and sprinkle with cinnamon.
