Creamiest rice pudding ever. I use short grain rice, but long grain works well, too.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1 cup water
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- - cinnamon
How To Make liz's rice pudding

Step 1cook rice, water, salt 20 min or until water is absorbed.

Step 2Add butter and stir. Add milk and simmer about 1 hour until creamy.

Step 3Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla. Remove cooked rice/milk mixture from heat and add egg mixture and raisins. Do not cook any further. Pour into 8 x 8 casserole and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Step 4Chill. Serves 6
