This can be made with any flavor frozen juice. For a jellyroll pan or 9X13 pan, I use 1 1/2 rolls of crackers, 3/4 c. butter, 12 oz. can frozen juice, large whipped topping and 1-14 oz. sw. cond. milk and chill. I have also used 12 oz. juice with small topping...tart flavor, but good. Happy Cookin'

Ingredients

  • 1 - roll buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-6oz. can lemonade concentrate, frozen (or your fav flavor), thawed
  • 1-8 ounce tub of whipped frozen topping, thawed

How To Make lemon mess

  • Step 1
    In 11x7 pan, mix cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press all around.
  • Step 2
    In a bowl, thoroughly mix next 3 ingredients and spread over crumb crust. Chill or freeze.
