Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 stick
    margarine, room temperature
  • 3/4 c
    chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 large
    cool whip (reserve 1 cup for mixture-layer 2)
  • 2 small pkg
    lemon instant pudding mix
  • 3 c
    milk

How to Make Lemon Lush Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. Layer 1: Mix flour, margarine and nuts blending well. Press into the bottom of an ungreaed 9x13 dish. Bake 15-20 minutes on 375 degrees until lightly browned.
  2. Layer 2: Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip until well blended and spread over warm crust. Allow to cool before adding next layer.
  3. Layer 3: Mix lemon pudding and milk and let it begin to set up. Pour over Layer 2.
  4. Layer 4: Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
