Another old friend passed this along to me many years ago and it became a favorite bread of my family while my kids were growing up. I still make it occasionally, for those special occasions, and everyone still loves it!

Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 1 box small, instant coconut pudding
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1-2 tablespoon poppyseeds(i usually put in 2)
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract(or more, your preference)
- 1 cup water
How To Make lemon bread

Step 1Preheat oven 350. Grease 2 loaf pans, bottoms only.

Step 2Mix well all ingredients together. Split mixture between both loaf pans.

Step 3Bake for approximately 40 minutes.

Step 4*If you eat this bread with the poppyseeds, be aware that you might not want to if you have regular drug testing in your work place.
