- 3 cups milk or ricemilk
- 1 1/2 cups cooked bismati rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2-3 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 - cinnamon stick
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Step 1Combine all the ingredients except almonds in saucepan cook for 30 minutes over low heat. Stir occasionally Transfer mixture to a bowl and chill 1-2 hours, when ready to serve remove cinnamon spoon into bowls the mixture and top with almonds or chopped pistachio.
