Ingredients For kay's pumpkin pudding

32 ozcanned pumpkin

6eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2 csugar

2 tspginger
-
2 tspcinnamon

1 tspground cloves
-
2 cevaporated milk

1 stickbutter softened

1jiffy yellow cake mix

1carton cool whip
How To Make kay's pumpkin pudding

1Beat Eggs, pumpkin and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients except cake mix. Add to pumpkin misture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.

2Mix softened butter with the cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle overp of pumpkin mix.

3Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Usually takes whole hour. Cool and garnish with cool whip.
