Ingredients

  • 32 ounces canned pumpkin
  • 6 - eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 1 - jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1 - carton cool whip

How To Make kay's pumpkin pudding

  • Step 1
    Beat Eggs, pumpkin and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients except cake mix. Add to pumpkin misture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Mix softened butter with the cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle overp of pumpkin mix.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Usually takes whole hour. Cool and garnish with cool whip.
