Ingredients

  • 32 oz
    canned pumpkin
  • 6
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    ginger
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 2 c
    evaporated milk
  • 1 stick
    butter softened
  • 1
    jiffy yellow cake mix
  • 1
    carton cool whip

How to Make Kay's Pumpkin Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat Eggs, pumpkin and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients except cake mix. Add to pumpkin misture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.
  2. Mix softened butter with the cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle overp of pumpkin mix.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Usually takes whole hour.

    Cool and garnish with cool whip.
