Ingredients
- 32 ounces canned pumpkin
- 6 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 - jiffy yellow cake mix
- 1 - carton cool whip
How To Make kay's pumpkin pudding

Step 1Beat Eggs, pumpkin and milk. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients except cake mix. Add to pumpkin misture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan.

Step 2Mix softened butter with the cake mix until crumbly. Sprinkle overp of pumpkin mix.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour. Usually takes whole hour. Cool and garnish with cool whip.
