Step 1MIX THOROUGHLY THE 1ST 3 INGREDIENTS, FLOUR, BUTTER & NUTS. OR YOU COULD USE GRAHAM CRACKER, OR COOKIE CRUSTS. PAT INTO 9 X 13 PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES

Step 2SECOND LAYER: MIX CREAM CHEESE, POWDERED SUGAR AND COOL WHIP. AND SPREAD ON TOP OF CRUST. CHILL THOROUGHLY.

Step 3THIRD LAYER: MIX INSTANT PUDDING, MILK, VANILLA TOGETHER AND BEAT UNTIL THICK. POUR OVER SECOND LAYER. CHILL AGAIN.

Step 4FOURTH LAYER: TOP WITH COOL WHIP AND SPRINKLE CHOPPED NUTS ON TOP. CHILL UNTIL READY TO USE
