- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 boxes instant pudding mix, any flavor
- 2 3/4 cups milk

Step 1First Layer: mix flour, butter and nuts as for pie dough. Press into bottom of 9x13 and bake 10 min at 350 degrees. Cool completely.

Step 2Second Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip and spread on crust.

Step 3Third Layer: Mix pudding and milk, pour on top of second layer and let set.

Step 4Fourth Layer: Spread with cool whip and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 5Chill overnight. This will keep fresh several days.
