Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 - egg yolks
- 2 - bananas, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make hot banana pudding

Step 1In a medium sized sauce pan add the flour, salt, milk and sugar. Cook on medium heat stirring often til sauce thickens. (I stir with a whisk) Once mixture thickens remove from heat Temper your eggs and add to pudding mixture and cook an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat. add bananas and vanilla and now would be the time to add vanilla wafers if you like. I like to eat mine hot but you could also refrigerate it and eat it later.
