i create a first biscuit pudding recipe,with honey margarine(i created it),it will be delicious,you can use baked biscuits,leftover biscuits or restaurant takeout biscuits,it like honey butter biscuits on bread pudding.

Ingredients For honey margarine biscuit pudding?

  • 2 1/2 stick
    margarine
  • 3/4 c
    honey
  • 6
    leftover big baked biscuits,torn into pieces
  • 2 c
    whole milk,divided
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 4
    large eggs
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    sea salt

How To Make honey margarine biscuit pudding?

    Whisk margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl,combine broken biscuit pieces,2 tablespoons honey margarine,1 cup whole milk and heavy cream.

    Let stand until the biscuits have softened,5 to 10 minutes.

    Using a fork,stir in sugar and one of the eggs until well blended.Add the rest of the eggs,one at a time,mixing after each one.

    Stir in 3 tablespoons honey margarine,vanilla extract,sea salt and remaining milk.Pour biscuit mixture into prepared baking dish.
