6leftover big baked biscuits,torn into pieces

2 cwhole milk,divided

1/2 cheavy cream

1 cgranulated sugar

4large eggs

2 tspvanilla extract

1/4 tspsea salt
How To Make honey margarine biscuit pudding?

1Whisk margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

3In a large bowl,combine broken biscuit pieces,2 tablespoons honey margarine,1 cup whole milk and heavy cream.

4Let stand until the biscuits have softened,5 to 10 minutes.

5Using a fork,stir in sugar and one of the eggs until well blended.Add the rest of the eggs,one at a time,mixing after each one.

6Stir in 3 tablespoons honey margarine,vanilla extract,sea salt and remaining milk.Pour biscuit mixture into prepared baking dish.

7Bake for 30 minutes or until the pudding is set and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.Cool comlletely for 5 minutes.

8Spread remaining honey margarine evenly on top.
