honey margarine biscuit pudding
I created this biscuit pudding recipe, a first for me, with my famous honey margarine. It's delicious - like honey butter biscuits mixed with bread pudding. You can use fresh baked, leftover, or restaurant takeout biscuits.

Ingredients
- HONEY MARGARINE
- 2 1/2 sticks margarine
- 3/4 cup honey
- BISCUIT PUDDING
- 6 large biscuits, torn into pieces
- 2 cups whole milk, divided
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make honey margarine biscuit pudding

Step 1Whisk margarine and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 3In a large bowl, combine broken biscuit pieces, 2 tablespoons honey margarine, 1 cup whole milk and heavy cream.

Step 4Let stand until the biscuits have softened, 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 5Using a fork, stir in sugar and one of the eggs until well blended. Add the rest of the eggs, one at a time, mixing after each one.

Step 6Stir in 3 tablespoons honey margarine, vanilla extract, sea salt and remaining milk. Pour biscuit mixture into prepared baking dish.

Step 7Bake for 30 minutes or until the pudding is set and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool comlletely for 5 minutes.

Step 8Spread remaining honey margarine evenly on top.
