How to Make Helen's Bread Pudding
- Soak bread in scalded milk for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar,butter,and salt.
- Add beaten eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- Fold in raisins and mix well.Can add more raisins if you'd like.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Put a pan of water on bottom rack under bread pudding.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until firm.
